The business requirement to establish ESML became evident when the services of both individuals were in constant demand, and customers were reluctantly having to look elsewhere for our valued guidance and assistance.

Through the formation of ESML, we are able to broker relationships between new clients and a network of independent consultancies comprising similar or complimentary skills to our own.

Principles

When ESML was formed, in 1995, the directors recognised the importance of maintaining the high standards and excellent reputation generated by the initial independent businesses. ESML was therefore founded on the following principles:-
