Experienced Practitioners

ESML resources are drawn from a select group of mature professionals who have previously held senior or middle management positions in large national & multi national companies.

They have a proven track record, with a portfolio containing case studies of projects and assignments undertaken, with references to client satisfaction.

These experienced practitioners have the ability to act as interim line managers, project manage change, instil procedures and disciplines surrounding Service Management, and, in all cases be effective on "day one" of the assignment.

The effectiveness on "day one" refers to their previous experience in a similar situation, and the provision of a "KickStart Module" by ESML. Kick Start modules are explained in the Products and Services section.
