Our People
Our people all have significant full time line management experience working in the Service sector up to board level. Their backgrounds are varied and include disciplines such as Operations, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Strategic Planning and Human Resources. We refer to them as Experienced Practitioners as they have not only been responsible for achieving significant organisational change, but their line responsibility for a business area on a day to day basis has added a pragmatic dimension to their setting of project objectives.
Our Price
Our price structure is designed to be extremely competitive, and we believe the way we underpin our consultancy work with structured products and experience transfer offers clients real Value For Money. Examples of this include:
- Providing clients with Kickstart process definitions, project plans, workshop modules etc., which can be quickly assessed for relevance and modified as required.
- Delivering core skills training to client's staff during assignments on a "just in time" basis, inclusive in the assignment price, avoiding the need to invest separately in training courses where possible.
